Work

Proof over adjectives.

We publish a case study only when the facts are verified and the client has agreed. Here is how we document our work, and an example from before JFB.

Before JFB · Jorge David

A five-star hotel in Luxembourg

A corporate-driven hotel where the bar had to work for business travellers, meetings and evenings alike. The brief began with the bar and grew to cover the whole guest day.

Situation

A strong property whose bar and lobby didn’t follow the rhythm of its corporate guests, and weekday revenue that rose and fell with them.

Diagnostic

The moments that mattered weren’t designed: arrival, the pause after a meeting, the change from day to evening. Too many products, and prices without a logic.

Work

A softer arrival and a place to pause in the lobby. A drinks offer for the end of a meeting. Fewer products, renegotiated suppliers, batching, and pricing built on margin without a sudden jump.

Result

Higher and steadier weekday revenue, a lower beverage cost and a higher average spend. The growth came from structure, not from more traffic or marketing.

Evidence

Available in conversation, with the property’s agreement. The hotel is not named.

How we document our work

Every case study follows the same five steps.

Situation, Diagnostic, Work, Result, Evidence. We measure before we start, again at three and six months, and at the close. JFB was founded in 2026, and our first case studies will appear here as engagements complete.

Results should be clear, not decorative.

We observe first. Then we recommend.
